Appointments which are cancelled at short notice or clients who fail to show up to their appointment cause inconvenience to other clients and a loss of revenue to the salon. We therefore ask that you give 24 hour notice for any appointment change or cancellation. We may request a late cancellation/ no-show fee be paid.
In the event of continuous no show or repeat late cancellations, the full cost of the service booked applies. Equally, if we have to cancel your appointment we will also supply 24 hour notice.
A supplement may be added if extra time/technical products are needed, usually clients with thick/very long hair, your stylist will make you aware.
New client bookings made either by phone or in-salon may require a 50% deposit. We may on occasion ask for full payment prior to a service commencing.
No discount or Promotion will be applied to TECHNICAL/ALFAPARF/JOICO Finish, Treatments, Cut Express, Children Cuts, Fringe Trim or Toner services. When a visit includes multiple services discounts are applied to the single highest part of that service only.
No Discount or Promotion available during the month of December.
At VITULLI we want every client to leave feeling happy with their hair.
If, however, you have an issue or complaint, you must notify us IMMEDIATELY and we will consult with you in order to find an appropriate solution. If your complaint meets with the correct criteria we will offer you complimentary hairdressing to resolve the issue as long as the service is the same as the original appointment and as discussed in the consultation.
You will be referred to the salon manager/owner who will deal with the complaint.
If you have simply changed your mind or if you return at a later stage, normal charges will apply.
If you have altered or attempted to alter a hair colour or cut yourself or a third party this guarantee becomes null and void.
We welcome complaints where justified and it is important for you to inform us if you are not 100% happy with your hair.
Please note, it is our policy not to pass on any of your colour formulations to yourself or any third party.
50% deposits are required for certain appointments. Deposits are non-refundable on failure to turn up for your appointment or change of appointment without 24 hour notice.
