Ownership of the Site

This site and its entire content is owned by VITULLI, unless otherwise stated and referenced accordingly. No material from this site may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way, except that you may download one copy of the materials on any single computer for your non-commercial use only, provided that you keep all copyright and other proprietary notices intact.


Whilst every endeavour is made to ensure that the contents of the site are accurate, errors or omissions may occur and we do not accept any liability in respect of them.

Any links provided on the site are provided for user convenience, their inclusion does not imply any approval or endorsement by us. We have no control over these sites and accept no responsibility or liability in respect of them.


Throughout our site and in-salon material, T&C's are mentioned. This refers to certain services not benefitting from Discounts or Promotions. No Discount or Promotion will be applied to Technical Blowdry, JOICO & ALFAPARF Treatments, Cut Express, Children Cuts, Fringe Trim or Toner services. When a visit includes multiple services, discounts are applied to the single highest part of that service.

Cancellation & No Shows

Appointments which are cancelled at short notice (within 24 hours of your appointment time) or clients who fail to show up to their appointment cause inconvenience to other clients and the salon. We therefore ask that you give at least 24 hour notice for any appointment change or cancellation.

In the event of no shows (without any contact by the client) or late cancellations, a 50% charge of the cost for the service booked applies, which we will look to recover from you either shortly after your original appointment time/day or added to your bill at a subsequent visit. In addition, on booking into the salon at a later stage for another service a 50% deposit may be taken, this is non-refundable. Equally, if VITULLI have to cancel or change the time of your appointment they will supply 24 hours notice.

Late to appointment policy

VITULLI reserve the right to cancel your appointment if you are late for your scheduled appointment time. Please remember late appointments cause the salon, stylist and the next client inconvenience. If this is the case no refund of any deposit placed will be made.

Complaints & Our Guarantee

At VITULLI we want every client to leave feeling happy with their hair.

If, however, you have an issue or complaint, you must notify us IMMEDIATELY before leaving the salon and we will consult with you to find an appropriate solution. If your complaint meets with the correct criteria we will offer you complimentary hairdressing to resolve the issue as long as the service is the same as the original appointment request.

You will be referred to the salon manager/owner who will deal with the complaint. If you have simply changed your mind or you return at a later time/day, normal charges will apply. If you or a third party have altered or attempted to alter a hair colour or cut this guarantee becomes null and void.

We welcome complaints where justified.

Colour Details & Formulas

Please note, it is the salons policy not to provide any of your colour formulations to yourself or any third party.


VITULLI reserve the right to refuse any person under the age of 16 to receive Technical services.


New client bookings made either by phone or in salon may require a 50% deposit to be taken for all future appointments. Deposits are non-refundable on failure to turn up for your appointment or change of appointment without 24 hours notice.

Offers, Promotions & Gift Card

VITULLI reserve the right to cancel any offer or promotion at any time. Management reserve the right to refuse any service at any time. Services may not be available at all times. All Gift Cards have a minimum spend of £10 and are valid for Six months unless otherwise stated and cannot be redeemed for cash. One Gift Card can be redeemed per person per visit. All complimentary Gift Cards become void if a scheduled appointment is missed without 24 hours notice. Some promotions require payment before the appointment can be booked; this payment is non-refundable if you fail to turn up or change the appointment without 24 hour notice.

Refer a Friend

Our Refer a Friend promotion is our way for thanking you for recommending a client to us with you and the new client each receiving 20% off your next/first Cut & Finish.

Step.1 - Receive a Refer a Friend card from VITULLI and pass to friends/family.

Step.2 - Your friends or family make a booking with VITULLI and mention the Refer a Friend promo, presenting the card at their first visit to receive 20% off a Cut & Finish ONLY. (excludes Children Cuts & Cut Express)

Step.3 - We then give YOU 20% off your next Cut & Finish to say thank you for recommending us!
